Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the FitQuest application and related services ("Service") operated by Busidol ("we", "us"). By installing or using FitQuest you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FitQuest is a home-fitness application for Smart TVs (LG webOS, Android TV) with an optional smartphone companion for camera-based motion tracking. Workouts are provided for general wellness purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. Camera-based motion tracking is provided for reference and has technical limits (lighting, clothing contrast, camera angle, device performance).

2. Accounts and profiles

No registration is required. An anonymous device identifier is created on your TV. Family profiles you create are stored on your TV and on our servers solely to provide the Service.

3. Free use and paid passes

Core workouts are free with a daily limit of 50 reps per profile (the first 3 days are unlimited). Paid passes (24-Hour, 30-Day, 6-Month) remove the daily limit for all profiles on the TV for the stated period. Passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Optional cosmetic items and Ruby packs are also sold in the in-app shop. Prices are shown before purchase; payments are processed by Google Play (Android TV) or Paymentwall (web/TV checkout). Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service, or use it in any unlawful way.

5. Intellectual property

All software, graphics, music and content in FitQuest are owned by or licensed to Busidol.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busidol is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury resulting from exercise performed while using the Service.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
