Privacy Policy

Busidol ("we") operates FitQuest. This policy explains what data we process and why.

1. Data we collect

• Device identifier — an anonymous ID for your TV, used to keep your profiles, purchases and progress.
• Profiles and workout data — profile names/avatars you enter, rep counts, streaks, accuracy scores and in-app currency balances.
• Usage analytics — screens visited, feature usage, app version, platform, country (derived from IP), used to improve the Service.
• Purchase records — product, date and transaction reference from our payment partners. We never receive or store card numbers.

2. Camera data

When you use phone camera tracking, pose detection runs on your phone. The camera video is streamed only to your own TV over a direct peer-to-peer connection for display; no video or images are uploaded to or stored on our servers. Optional "best shot" photos are stored only on your TV and deleted when the app is removed.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the Service, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, and produce aggregate statistics. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

Payment processing: Google Play and Paymentwall (subject to their privacy policies). Hosting providers process data on our behalf. We disclose data only when required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while you use the Service. You can request deletion of all data linked to your device by emailing us with your Account ID (shown in Settings).

6. Children

FitQuest is a family product. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as names, emails or photos of children beyond the nicknames parents enter on the TV.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to authorised staff.
